From our experience working with many companies we have developed a number of programs unique to BAC.

Industrial Athlete Program™
Eight modules which focus on educating individuals in the basic functioning of their body and provide skills and tools to better equip them to prevent injuries, particularly manual handling, and sprains and strains. Long term goal is to reduce the effects of fatigue, heat and the physical impact on individuals, thereby reducing the growing problem of the ageing workforce.

Fat Boys/Girls Club
12 week awareness program involving good nutrition and physical activity. Main aim is to provide education and advice to encourage weight loss, improve nutrition and increase physical activity.

Body Wise ®
This program is aimed at specific workers who are based in the 'workshop' environment. To increase awareness and educate them to reduce the incidence of sprain and strain injuries.

Baseline Health Assessments
BAC offer a wide range of health and physical assessment options to suit your Company's needs with a clear emphasis on early risk assessment and injury prevention. Assessments include batteries of neuromuscular strength and endurance tests as well as basic health assessments such as lifestyle history, heart rate, blood pressure, lung function, body composition, posture and cardio-respiratory fitness levels. All health assessments have the full backing of a research and development team that is committed to maintaining current world's best practices for field testing and delivering evidence-based support and feedback to the client.

Pre-Employment Functional Assessment
Provide GP's with concise and pertinent information about musculo-skeletal capacities and deficiencies. Specifically designed tests for mining, transportation, construction and oil and gas industries. Testing protocol established after 5 years of data collection, together with task analysis of operations and the various individual work tasks.

BOSS Program ®
This program has been developed with specific reference to workers who work underground. The primary aims of the program is to increase awareness of manual handling, working postures and educate the workers on how to prevent and in turn reduce the incidence of sprain and strain incidents and injuries.

Body Mechanics ®
This program was developed for hydrocarbons sites around Australia after three years of collecting information. The program has several components with its primary aim to prevent soft tissue injuries occurring from incorrect working procedures, confined space work and incorrect manual handling techniques. The goal is to reduce the physical impact on the workers body over time by working smarter not harder.
