Mark Armstrong - a founding member of this organisation. He was educated at the University of WA and has three degrees. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Mark has a broad base of experience in the areas of both musculo-skeletal health and health and well being, and shares this information constantly with the team members of Body Active Consultancy. He aspires to be the very best in his field and accepts nothing less from his team which is why the company is regarded as one of the best in its area of expertise.
Lydia Armstrong - a founding member of the company Lydia is responsible for the successful co-ordination of all administration functions. Her attention to detail and quality are of the highest level and these qualities the company has come to rely on for the continuing high standard of output. Nothing leaves unless the quality is there and Lydia ensures that this is indeed the case always.
Kathryn Williams - relatively new to the company, Kathryn has brought a wealth of experience to the BAC office and ensures all the 'behind the scene' requirements for projects are organised and delivered.
Joseph Moore - Joseph attained a Bachelor of Science: Environmental Health from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Science: Information Technology majoring in Multimedia and Computer Science from Murdoch University. Joseph recently joined the company as the IT Manager and specialises in a vast array of areas ranging from Systems design to computer maintenance. He adds a valuable dimension to BAC going forward which will impact the quality of product produced in the near future.
Nathan Deans - attained Honours in Bachelor of Human Movement Science at Southern Cross University, Lismore. His position as Research and Information Analyst with BAC reflects his capacity to keep the company team members up-to-date with the latest statistics and information in the areas of health, well being and musculo-skeletal injury and prevention.
John Pica - John completed 4 years at University of Notre Dame, attaining Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical and Health Education. Since joining the company in 2006 he has demonstrated a strong ability to successfully conduct a program and all of its components from inception to completion with attention to detail and measurement. John continues to impress clients with his on-site abilities to get the job done.
James van Erp - James spent 5 years at University of WA completing Exercise and Health Science Degree and Post-Graduate Degree in Exercise Rehabilitation. He has a strong focus on musculo-skeletal rehabilitation, theory and practise, and since commencing with the company in 2006 has been able to apply this knowledge successfully in programs where the aim has been to prevent soft tissue sprain and strain injuries with a specific emphasis on manual handling.
Andrew Monk - Andrew has obtained a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) and a Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation from University of Western Australia. Andrew started with BAC in 2007 and with his specific focus on biomechanics, he has demonstrated a great ability to assess the interface between man and the work place while at the same time understanding the importance and influence that health and well being has on this interaction.
Tom Mulcahy - Tom obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health and Physical Education from the University of Notre Dame. He has an eye for detail in all of the programs he designs, implements, facilitates and measures. Since he started with the company in 2007, he accepts a task with endeavour and commitment and acknowledges the responsibility that goes along with that.
Eoghan McKenna - Eoghan has a Bachelor of Education majoring in Physical Education and a minor in Health Education. Since commencing with the company in 2007 as a sub-contractor, he has shown a strong commitment to getting the job done and done right. He is not afraid to engage the client and ask the difficult questions in order to get to the bottom of things as he wants the best possible outcome of a program.
David Gullo - David undertook his education in Townsville and completed a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science. David resides in Port Hedland and has managed a number of projects in this area since he began with the company in 2007. He has an all round approach and spends time to prepare to ensure a smooth and clean execution of projects from the start to the finish which ensures a quality product and a great result for all parties involved.
Janna Geries - Originally from Germany, Janna commenced her education in London before graduating in Australia with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science. Enthusiastic, proactive and conscientious, the latest addition to the BAC team is immediately involved in the BAC development and is at the forefront of the latest CP mining project.
Dane Casserly - Dane completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at The University of Notre Dame Australia and joined BAC as a practicum student, completing his required 300hrs with the company to become an accredited Exercise Physiologist. Since the start of 2008, he has been conducting research and designing functional assessments for BAC, in addition to conducting field testing whenever possible. Dane approaches every project he undertakes with an enthusiastic and committed nature and prides himself on the consistent high calibre of his work.
Cameron Hoy - Cameron attended the University of Queensland where he attained his Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement Studies graduating with Honours. Joining the team in 2007 and situated in Queensland, Cameron is the first employee in the eastern states to join this nationally growing company. Cameron's focus lies in musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation and has been responsible for the implementation of programs with nationally recognised mining companies and corporate clients striving for customer satisfaction and the best possible outcome for their workforce.
